As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Team Lead to help strengthen our digital presence, expand audience engagement, and support the development of a high-performing digital marketing team. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing initiatives while supporting and developing a team of interns and entry-level digital marketing professionals. The Digital Marketing Team Lead will serve as a hands-on working leader, combining strategic thinking with strong execution skills. This individual will oversee digital content, social media, SEO, digital campaigns, analytics, marketing automation, and online brand presence while helping establish efficient, technology-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with current digital marketing technologies, AI-powered tools, automation platforms, analytics systems, and emerging digital trends. The Team Lead will also provide guidance, training, quality control, and workflow support to interns and entry-level team members. Key Responsibilities Lead daily digital marketing activities, campaigns, and content initiatives. Develop and manage social media, website, SEO, and digital content strategies. Create, schedule, publish, and oversee engaging text, image, and video content. Lead and support interns and entry-level digital marketing team members. Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, review work, and provide coaching and feedback. Implement marketing automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency. Monitor digital trends, platform updates, audience engagement, and campaign performance. Analyze website, SEO, social media, and campaign metrics and prepare performance reports. Maintain consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and professional standards across digital channels. Research target audiences, keywords, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities. Develop and improve SOPs, templates, workflows, and content calendars. Identify opportunities to improve digital reach, engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 2-3 years of leadership, team-lead, supervisory, or project-lead experience. Experience training, mentoring, or coordinating interns or entry-level team members. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and digital campaign management. Experience with marketing automation and digital marketing technologies. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and project-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Following successful completion of the initial 90-day employment period, the position may transition to full-time employment based on performance, organizational needs, and management approval.
