Job Description
DescriptionThe BIL US Emerging Brand Partnerships team creates and delivers a dynamic, best-in-class, only-at-Amazon program experience for brands, customers, and internal stakeholders that yields measurable business impact. The team defines the overarching program vision — identifying valuable IP, cultural moments, tentpole events, and high-value experiences — while simultaneously building the operational infrastructure and creative excellence required to bring those sponsorships to life across all channels, touchpoints, and formats. This is a combined business development and brand partnerships function: one side owns the "what we do" (defining the program, securing package elements, and building the network of brand sponsors and internal stakeholders), while the other owns the "how we do it" (translating strategy into execution, scaling creative operations, and delivering campaigns that meet or exceed partner expectations). Together, the team drives end-to-end sponsorship delivery — from first pitch through post-campaign measurement — partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Retail, XCM, Finance, and third-party partners to create a consistent, compelling, and differentiated brand experience across paid, owned, and earned channels. As the Head of Emerging Brand Partnerships, you will create one-of-a-kind sponsored experiences for a wide range of brands
