The Director, Digital Marketing Strategy & Enterprise Experience is responsible for defining and leading Saint-Gobain North America's digital strategy across brands, business units, customer segments, and platforms. This leader sets the long-term digital vision and roadmap to advance SGNA's North Star priorities, improve customer experience, accelerate lead generation and conversion, enable sales execution, and modernize the digital ecosystem. This role requires a proven leader with experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation. The Director translates business strategy into a cohesive digital vision; aligns senior stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Data, and business leadership; prioritizes resources and investments; leads organizational change; and delivers measurable outcomes in a highly matrixed environment. Enterprise Digital Strategy Define and lead SGNA's digital strategy across websites, portals, digital tools, marketing automation, lead generation, and emerging platforms. Translate North Star priorities into a multi-year roadmap aligning customer needs, commercial priorities, brand strategy, data, and technology investments. Establish priorities, success metrics, and governance to position digital as an enterprise capability enabling growth and customer experience. Enterprise Digital Transformation Leadership Lead large-scale digital transformation requiring organizational change, cross-functional alignment, resource coordination, and adoption across Marketing, IT, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and business teams. Drive initiatives from strategy through implementation, adoption, measurement, and optimization. Anticipate resistance, dependencies, capability gaps, and system constraints. Digital Ecosystem Governance & Resource Alignment Establish governance for digital investments, platform roadmaps, resource allocation, project sequencing, and value realization. Balance business needs with enterprise priorities and focus resources on highest-impact initiatives. Partner with senior leaders to align funding, technology dependencies, capacity, business ownership, and partner support. Customer Experience, UX & Optimization Set standards for customer-first digital experiences. Ensure research, analytics, journey mapping, UX, accessibility, testing, and design systems inform digital development. Use data and continuous improvement to increase engagement, conversion, lead quality, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Lead Conversion & Marketing Automation Develop scalable strategies that convert digital visitors and contacts into qualified leads and opportunities. Lead integration of marketing automation, CRM, customer data, content journeys, nurture programs, and reporting. Partner with Sales, IT, analytics, and business teams to improve lead flow, attribution, and revenue-connected measurement. Leadership & Enterprise Influence Lead and develop a multidisciplinary digital organization including direct, indirect, contractor, agency, and cross-functional resources. Build team capability and accountability while influencing senior stakeholders across functions and businesses. Simplify complexity, create alignment, and rally the organization around a shared digital agenda.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, UX, Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master's preferred. 12+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, customer experience, marketing technology, digital product leadership, or related fields. 5+ years in senior people leadership with demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise digital transformation from strategy through execution, adoption, and measurable results , and functions in a complex, matrixed organization. Ability to translate digital vision into roadmaps, governance, investment priorities, resource plans, and measurable outcomes. Proven ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and drive decisions without direct authority. Experience building and leading high-performing teams across direct, indirect, agency, contractor, and cross-functional resources. Strong commercial orientation connecting digital strategy and customer experience to growth, lead generation, conversion, and business value. Expertise in digital customer experience, UX, digital product management, marketing automation, lead conversion, CRM, personalization, and analytics. Understanding of enterprise digital ecosystems including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, portals, analytics, customer data, and integration dependencies. Experience establishing governance, measurement, and prioritization frameworks that enable scalable transformation. B2B, B2B2C, industrial, building products, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly complex commercial experience preferred. Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity, operate in ambiguity, make enterprise tradeoffs, and build alignment. ts.
