Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager to help guide marketing initiatives and keep cross-functional workstreams moving efficiently in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable in a client-facing setting, can balance several priorities at once, and brings strong judgment, organization, and follow-through to every stage of execution. You will work closely with internal partners and client stakeholders to maintain momentum, improve visibility across projects, and support successful delivery from planning through completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and oversee detailed project roadmaps, schedules, and supporting documentation for multiple marketing engagements.
  • Coordinate with strategy, creative, content, digital, media, and account teams to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Provide clear status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, and changes that may affect delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings and working sessions that move decisions forward, strengthen alignment, and keep initiatives on track.
  • Monitor active projects for risks, resource constraints, competing deadlines, and scope concerns, then recommend practical solutions before issues escalate.
  • Partner with leadership and account teams to support resource planning, workload visibility, and overall project health.
  • Act as a dependable day-to-day contact for clients by managing expectations, responding promptly, and maintaining organized communication.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and reinforce consistent project management standards across teams.
