Responsibilities As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership, management and success in the area of sales and marketing of a premier senior living community. You will be expected to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members. Job Requirements A passion for helping seniors College degree Previous management experience demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily sales supervision Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office & the ability to learn new applications Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations Ability to work some weekends, evenings and flexible hours In addition to a positive work environment we offer a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
