This role suits an operations‑focused professional with field leadership experience: retail, events, logistics, or hospitality backgrounds encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Brand Ambassadors on‑site Build weekly schedules and staffing plans Track performance using Google Sheets/Excel Identify high‑traffic distribution areas in New Haven Manage uniforms and flyer inventory Report daily to HQ and adapt field strategies as needed.
