This role is responsible for owning the full event lifecycle across a high-volume portfolio of trade shows and field marketing programs, driving lead generation and pipeline growth by coordinating execution, vendor relationships, and cross-functional alignment with sales. Job Summary- Manage end-to-end execution of approximately 150 trade shows and third-party field events annually, including venue research, registration setup, and on-site logistics
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and confirm the right events and campaigns to attend or execute
- Build and manage event landing pages, registration flows, event briefs, and field guides for each program
- Process purchase orders, contracts, and invoices through procurement systems to keep events within budget
- Create and manage Salesforce campaigns, list uploads, and target account development to support lead generation and pipeline acceleration
- Coordinate with external vendors and event hosts to ensure logo placements, registrations, and deliverables are completed on time
- Track and report on post-event performance metrics including account engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and distribute follow-up email templates and newsletter updates to sales and BDR teams
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in event management or field marketing, with a heavy emphasis on trade show execution
- Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of simultaneous events and juggling multiple workstreams
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau for campaign management and performance reporting
- Experience using procurement systems for purchase orders, contracts, and invoice processing
- Background in a technology company (examples include enterprise software, cybersecurity, endpoint technology, or similar tech sectors)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting ABM initiatives and developing target account lists for pipeline growth
- Familiarity with building event landing and registration pages
- Experience interfacing directly with sales and BDR teams to align pre- and post-event communication
- Background with partner or channel field marketing programs
