Job Description
50+ year-old (and fast-growing!) engineering & manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Marketing (Content & Brand) Manager in the Waukesha, Wisconsin, area. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits

Duties:
Shape and lead strategies that elevate company's visibility, strengthen market positioning, and build preference among customers, partners, consultants, and industry influencers Lead company's branding efforts
•includes defining and strengthening company's brand position across key markets and audiences, developing effective messaging frameworks, and ensuring brand consistency and relevance Lead company's content strategies
•includes customer engagement, guiding thought leadership themes across email, website, webinars, events, paid media, etc., Partner with engineering, sales, and service teams to translate technical expertise into customer relevant messaging Lead communications strategies for trade media, industry associations, company announcements, and executive visibility Identify opportunities for industry recognition, speaking engagements, awards, and public relations visibility Oversee digital brand presence across website, organic social, email, and awareness campaigns Develop events and tradeshow strategies to increase awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and extend company's industry presence Oversee the activities for 2 people (marketing specialist and graphic designer)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 4+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing, brand management, communications, or content strategy experience Marketing leadership / management experience a plus
•However, will consider an experienced marketing specialist that is looking for the "next step" in their career Experience developing brand positioning, messaging, and awareness strategies for complex products or markets Marketing experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or construction/HVAC company preferred Familiarity with marketing automation such as Hubspot, CRM, website analytics, or digital engagement tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to pass a background check and drug test

$90-100K
