ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy and day-to-day social media execution. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales. This role owns our brand and social media presence and builds presentations, proposals, and collateral our sales team relies on to win and grow client relationships — working in close partnership with Sales to make sure marketing efforts translate directly into pipeline and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan in partnership with the VP of Sales and executive leadership. Own the company's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others), building and managing a content calendar that grows brand awareness and engagement. Design and produce polished sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and marketing collateral that support the sales team's client and prospect meetings. Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual style across all marketing channels and materials. Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events across the United States. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers (design, print, digital marketing, PR) as needed. Track and report on marketing performance (social engagement, website traffic, lead generation) and adjust strategy based on results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing efforts support business development and revenue goals. Own the marketing budget and allocate resources across campaigns, tools, and vendors. Oversee company website content and updates, partnering with web developers or IT as needed. Mentor and, as the team grows, manage marketing coordinators, specialists, or contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating professional presentations or marketing collateral. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency. 5+ years of overall marketing experience with progressively increasing responsibility. B2B marketing experience; healthcare, medical device, or equipment leasing industry experience a plus. Proven ability to build polished, professional presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar) for executive, client, or sales audiences. Experience managing a marketing budget and/or supervising direct reports or contractors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in a Marketing Manager, or senior marketing role. Experience managing a marketing budget and/or supervising direct reports or contractors. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Demonstrated success managing social media accounts across major platforms, including content planning and performance tracking. Proficiency with design and productivity tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace. MCAE (Pardot) experience Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working closely with a sales organization and aligning marketing initiatives to sales targets.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
:  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
: Frequent travel is required to support client relationships, sales meetings, industry events, and in-person engagement with the team.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
