Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and storytelling strategy across a growing portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle brands. This is a hybrid strategic + hands-on role reporting jointly to the Managing Partner & Chief Operating Officer —ideal for someone who can think big, move fast, and execute with precision. You'll partner closely with leadership to shape brand narrative, drive engagement, and generate measurable growth across multiple lines of business. What You'll Do Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and manage a comprehensive, objective-based marketing plan Drive initiatives across social media, email marketing, and public relations Build campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue Brand & Business Coordination Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and storytelling across: Restaurants Partnerships Packaged goods Digital platforms Collaborate with leadership and line-of-business owners Creative Leadership Act as a strategic creative partner to executive leadership Develop and execute marketing campaigns and storytelling initiatives Bring brand concepts to life across multiple channels Digital & Web Presence Lead development and launch of brand websites Manage ongoing content and optimization Execution & Content Creation Own the marketing calendar and execute campaigns end-to-end Create and publish social media and email content Coordinate with PR partners to execute media initiatives Partnership & Community Engagement Manage brand partnerships and collaborative campaigns Engage directly with customers across social platforms Foster an active and loyal brand community Analytics & Optimization Track performance across all marketing channels Use data to refine strategy and improve results Stay agile and capitalize on emerging opportunities Trend & Market Awareness Monitor industry trends, social platforms, and competitors Continuously evolve strategy to stay ahead Drive initiatives across social media, email marketing, and public relations Build campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans Strong expertise in social media and email marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with strong visual and storytelling instincts Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through Collaborative team player with high attention to detail Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment Hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle brand experience preferred Why Join US Work directly with leadership on brand vision and growth Be part of a creative, entrepreneurial hospitality group High ownership role with real impact across multiple brands Opportunity to shape storytelling, brand identity, and guest engagement
