Full Job Description Summary:
Hood Washers is a fast-growing, multi-state service company. We are building a scalable brand and marketing system to support growth across all markets. We are looking for a hands-on marketing manager who can both execute and contribute to strategy, someone who can help shape the brand while building the systems that generate consistent demand. This is a builder role , not a maintenance role. Key Responsibilities -
What You Will Own:
Help define and refine the Hood Washers brand and positioning Ensure consistent messaging across: Website Google Business Profiles Sales and recruiting materials Execute and improve local SEO and online visibility Build and manage review generation and reputation systems Support and optimize lead generation efforts across markets and platforms Assist in developing and testing marketing strategies and campaigns Work with leadership to align marketing with growth and revenue goals Track and report on: Leads, Conversion rates, Cost per acquisition and other marketing KPI's Identify what's working, what's not, and recommend improvements

Audit current brand, messaging, and marketing efforts Identify gaps in positioning and market visibility Improve Google Business Profiles and review systems Establish baseline metrics and reporting Launch 1-2 improvements in lead generation or messaging Experience Needed to
Succeed:
Experience in marketing for service-based businesses or similar (food services, hospitality, etc.) Working knowledge of local SEO, Google Business, lead generation, digital marketing, social media marketing, email & SMS marketing, paid search, paid social, systems integration, marketing automation. Ability to both execute and think strategically Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment Experience with multi-location businesses Exposure to branding, messaging, or positioning work Experience supporting or contributing to marketing strategy
