$110-$120k MUST have recent DRTV experience as well as DM and Print We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Media Manager, Offline Channel Growth to lead customer acquisition and performance optimization across offline marketing channels. This remote role combines strategic channel ownership, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to help accelerate growth across both consumer and business audiences. What You'll Do Develop and execute integrated offline acquisition strategies that drive qualified leads, customer growth, and revenue. Own performance across channels such as direct-response television, direct mail, print, radio, and other offline media. Identify, test, and scale new channel opportunities with strong acquisition potential. Optimize spend allocation, audience targeting, creative strategy, and campaign performance in partnership with agencies, vendors, and internal teams. Build annual and quarterly channel plans aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and budgets. Lead end-to-end campaign execution—from audience segmentation and creative development through launch, measurement, and optimization. Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics including cost per call, cost per order, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, pipeline contribution, and return on marketing investment. Partner with Finance, Sales, Analytics, Creative, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and marketing efficiency. Use customer insights, research, testing results, and market trends to strengthen acquisition strategy and the customer journey. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 7+ years of marketing experience, including customer acquisition and growth programs. Experience managing offline acquisition channels such as direct-response television, direct mail, print, radio, or similar media. Demonstrated success developing and optimizing both B2C and B2B marketing programs. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable business recommendations. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments based on performance and ROI. Knowledge of attribution, testing methodologies, funnel optimization, and marketing measurement. Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and customer segments. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms such as Power BI. Experience in healthcare, technology, telecommunications, senior-focused industries, or other regulated/high-consideration markets.
