## The group you'll be a part of In the Global Products Group, we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. ## The impact you'll make Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions. Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. ## What you'll do

• Marketing Requirement Spec (MRS), business development plans for the products-business.
• Forecasting that supports Lam internal meetings.
• Target pricing and value proposition for our products: defining value proposition.
• Collatoral generation-external customer update presentations, external customer collatoral and external conference presentations.
• Reports to and works with: Aether Product Managers, Aether Product Line hHad , Business Development Team, Aether Product Group Engineering and Aether Customer Technology Managers. ## Who we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience. ## Preferred qualifications

'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time. Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
