About the role:
Partner with U.S. and global divisional and cross-functional leaders to develop and implement innovative strategies for selling capital equipment services. In this role, you will help drive revenue growth across Boston Scientific by developing service offerings, advancing sales strategies, providing actionable analytics and aligning key partners across marketing, finance, sales and service operations. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. The ideal candidate for this role will be located at our Arden Hills, MN site. Our office location in Marlborough, MA may also be considered.Your responsibilities will include:
Manage U.S. service strategy across the product life cycle, from prelaunch through end of life, in partnership with the Project Management Office, divisional marketing, finance and service operations. Participate in monthly new product launch and end-of-life meetings to coordinate product life cycle service activities. Support global service needs by partnering with regional managers and providing guidance on global offerings. Drive successful capital equipment and service strategies across divisions by leveraging sales best practices and effective business processes. Develop service offerings and billable services that align with the service plan and ExpertCare portfolio. Develop and implement service sales execution plans in partnership with sales teams. Plan and develop sales representative training requirements in collaboration with marketing teams. Lead and facilitate monthly alignment meetings and quarterly business review content to align strategy, sales and delivery. Drive alignment, discussions and strategy related to annual operating plans, forecasts and strategic plans. Provide analytics, observations and actionable recommendations to leadership to support revenue growth. Partner with and influence regional and divisional stakeholders to increase capital equipment sales and service coverage. Apply an understanding of key business drivers and how closely related teams integrate to accomplish objectives and drive efficiencies. Support team members through coaching, feedback, guidance and role modeling. Communicate complex information effectively, guiding and influencing partners as appropriate.Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence within a cross-functional, matrixed organization.Preferred qualifications:
Experience in sales analytics and operations. Product management experience. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key partners. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax and Tableau.Requisition ID:
