Job Description Our client is seeking a Digital Adoption Strategist to join the Digital Advisor Experience (DAX) and Digital Client Experience (DCX) organization. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of product management, change management, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market execution. The Digital Adoption Strategist will partner closely with product teams and business stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful adoption of new digital products, services, and capabilities. This individual will help translate complex product initiatives into actionable business outcomes while driving organizational readiness, communication, and alignment. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-performing team that acts as an extension of the client's product organizations, helping bridge the gap between product development and business adoption. Why This Role Is Open Due to the success and growing demand of the Digital Adoption team's work, the client is expanding support across Digital Advisor Experience and Digital Client Experience initiatives. This position is being added to increase organizational readiness and adoption efforts across a growing portfolio of digital products and experiences. While initially structured as a 6-month contract engagement, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on business demand and future team expansion. As a Digital Adoption Strategist, you will lead cross-functional stakeholder groups in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for digital product and service launches. You'll work closely with product managers, business leaders, operational partners, communications teams, and end-user groups to ensure successful adoption and organizational preparedness. - Lead a coalition of stakeholders responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing go-to-market initiatives across the enterprise.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Digital Advisor Experience (DAX) and Digital Client Experience (DCX) product teams.
- Act as an extension of product managers by helping operational teams understand product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and impacts.
- Build trusted partnerships across business functions to align stakeholders around product launches and organizational readiness activities.
- Translate complex product concepts, technical information, and digital capabilities into language that business stakeholders can understand and act upon.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, timelines, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness activities.
- Coordinate with communications, marketing, training, and operational teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful adoption.
- Anticipate organizational impacts and proactively identify risks that could affect delivery timelines or user adoption.
- Create and manage project plans, task lists, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments.
- Monitor adoption effectiveness and continuously improve go-to-market processes, tools, and artifacts.
- Facilitate conversations and alignment across stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership.
- Support a culture that reflects the client's purpose, values, and leadership expectations.
- Build strong relationships across the organization.

- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital adoption Go-to-market strategy Product marketing Product operations Project or program management Organizational readiness Change management Customer or advisor experience Operational leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence through collaboration, communication, and indirect leadership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and provide direction across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Experience balancing competing priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new subject matter and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of digital-first products, processes, and customer experiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the United States for team events, most likely to Minnesota.
- Experience working within a product operating model.
- Familiarity with Agile principles, product development lifecycles, and product team ceremonies.
- Previous experience partnering closely with product managers and product teams.
- Experience supporting digital transformations, customer experience initiatives, or enterprise technology implementations.
- Financial services, insurance, banking, wealth management, or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives where success depended on stakeholder alignment and organizational adoption.
