Dream of living and working just steps from the beach? We're looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial Hotel Manager to help lead and grow a boutique beachfront hotel in Myrtle Beach. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, knows the local community, and enjoys turning relationships and creative ideas into new business. You'll have the opportunity to grow occupancy, build local partnerships, create memorable guest experiences, and make a meaningful impact on the property's success. On-site housing is available for the right candidate. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. What You'll Do Build relationships with local businesses, employers, contractors, event organizers, and community partners to generate bookings and increase occupancy. Develop and conduct creative strategies to bring in guests during slower and off-season periods, including corporate, group, contractor, and extended-stay business. Create referral partnerships that generate new business and direct bookings. Manage daily hotel operations, including guest service, reservations, staffing, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and room readiness. Use Cloudbeds to manage reservations, rates, availability, guest information, and property operations. Manage and monitor Booking.com, Expedia, and other online booking channels. Help optimize occupancy and room rates using basic revenue management strategies, including ADR and RevPAR. Assist with promotions, social media, email marketing, online reviews, reputation management, and direct-booking initiatives. Use local connections to recruit, build, and maintain a dependable hotel team. Continuously look for creative ways to improve the guest experience, hotel operations, occupancy, and revenue. Build partnerships with restaurants, attractions, golf courses, entertainment venues, and other local businesses to offer exclusive discounts and perks for hotel guests. Existing knowledge of and connections within the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand business and hospitality community are strongly preferred. Experience with hotel sales, Cloudbeds, revenue management, social media, digital marketing, or online reputation management is a plus. Why Join Us?
