Our focus involves deploying retrofittable, subscription-based IoT technology solutions in commercial real-estate applications, anchored with well-defined point-of-sale and digital brand activation. We have a rapidly growing client base nationally, presently focused on the self-storage industry, where there are more than 60,000 facilities nationwide: more than Starbucks, Walmart, Dunkin' Donuts, and Target combined.
Role:
Marketing Manager We are hiring a Marketing Manager to play a significant role in inspiring and supporting the success of our growing base of business customers. To do well in this role, you must balance your creativity with your ability to operationally bring ideas to life. You will combine a desire for interfacing with employees and owners of businesses of all sizes with a passion for executing marketing and advertising best practices. We're looking for a leader who takes initiative, brings ideas to the table, and drives projects forward independently without waiting for direction. You are innovative in your thinking, organized enough to run projects on your own, and comfortable communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also work closely with the rest of the marketing, sales, and customer success teams on shared initiatives. Key Areas of Work /
Expertise:
Product & Service Knowledge Deeply understands the company's product offering in order to best position it across our various omni-channel touch points. Creative Design & Development Create marketing collateral (website, blogs, in-store assets, etc.). Support website design improvements and content posting. Graphic design & video editing. Assist with SEO and SEM strategy, including Google Ads campaign setup and management. Social Media Marketing Develop and execute a monthly content calendar to maintain a steady social media presence. Build brand through audience aggregation and engagement. Maintain and help automate email campaigns to support customer engagement. Event Planning Support trade show and regional event efforts, including attending. Assist with our trade show planning calendar for state and national events. Assist with development of partner training materials for events, webinars, and onboarding. Evaluation of Marketing Results Support data analysis of marketing investments versus KPIs. Design, distribute, and analyze customer surveys to gather feedback and inform improvements.
Skills / Experience
Requirements BS in Marketing (required) More than 3 years of marketing experience required Hands-on experience with website design, CRMs (HubSpot, Mailchimp), SEO, SEM, and Google Ads campaign management (required) Proficient with Adobe Creative, Canva, or equivalent design software Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Join us as a Marketing Manager if you're ready to lead innovative campaigns that make an impact!
