You'll be actively recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a team of Brand Ambassadors who represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, home shows, festivals, and other high-traffic venues throughout the North Houston market. What You'll Do Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of 10-15 Brand Ambassadors Lead field marketing efforts across retail, event, and community partnerships Coach team members in the field to improve lead generation performance Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and budget performance Build relationships with event organizers, retail partners, and community organizations Assist with scheduling, payroll, reporting, and operational planning Maintain a positive, high-energy culture focused on results and development What We're Looking For 2+ years of leadership experience in marketing, retail, events, sales, canvassing, hospitality, or lead generation Proven experience managing people and driving performance Strong communication and coaching skills Comfortable working in both office and field environments Ability to analyze results and improve team performance Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses Typical earnings of $60,000-$95,000+ Ramp-up bonus during training Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match
