ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Product Marketing leader at eHub, you will be the glue between our product strategy and our customers. You are responsible for articulating the "why," "what," and "how" of our logistics solutions. You will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, translate technical features into high-impact value propositions, and drive product adoption across the ecosystem. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, impact across the customer journey, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Go-to-Market (GTM)
Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new products and features, ensuring alignment across revenue, finance, and product teams.
Messaging and Positioning:
Craft compelling narratives that differentiate eHub in the marketplace. Translate complex technical logistics capabilities into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
Revenue Enablement:
Create high-impact sales resources, including decks, case studies, white papers, and competitive battlecards to empower our revenue teams (internal and external).
Market Intelligence:
Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and customer research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product Management to influence the roadmap based on market and customer feedback and partner with Demand Marketing to optimize lead generation funnels.
Transactional Optimization:
Analyze the customer journey for our transactional products to identify friction points and implement marketing strategies that drive higher conversion and retention.
EXPECTED SKILLS
Strategic Storytelling:
Proven ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple, emotive stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Proficiency in using marketing analytics and CRM data to measure the success of product launches and GTM programs and iterate based on performance.
Customer Experience:
Expertise in a variety of industry-leading business development methodologies, value-selling practices, and customer relationship management principles. Proficiency in
SaaS Technology:
Thorough understanding of SaaS technology markets, including the fulfillment/logistics sector, with expectation to drive core elements of the eHub product roadmap, business development process and customer journey.
Program Management:
Excellence in managing multi-faceted projects with many stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Commercial Acumen:
Understanding of SaaS and transactional business models, including CAC, LTV, and price/packaging dynamics.

MINIMUM ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related strategic marketing role.
Educational Background:
MBA strongly preferred, with a specific focus or concentration in Marketing or Business Strategy. Comparable elite 3rd-party training will be considered.
Industry Expertise:
Direct experience in SaaS or transactional/high-volume revenue products is strongly preferred. Experience in logistics or e-commerce is likewise preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
High level of expertise with modern marketing technology applications, analytics and AI tools. Exceptional writing skills for creating engaging content that tells compelling brand stories across multiple channels. Technical marketing experience with proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools to support data-driven decision making. Excellent presentation skills for communicating strategies effectively across executive leadership and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Pay:
$170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
