Classic Granite and Marble has been in business for 19 years and is Virginia's largest and premier stone fabricator. We have a beautiful showroom that leads into our office spaces, and our fabrication facility and warehouse are also located onsite. ABOUT THE ROLE
Classic GraniteMarble is seeking an organized, hands-on Marketing Manager to oversee the daily execution of our marketing initiatives and lead our marketing support team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will manage the Social Media Coordinator, Lead Generator, and Front DeskMarketing Assistants. The Marketing Manager will turn established marketing strategies into organized projects, assignments, and timelines while maintaining high standards for quality, customer experience, and follow-through. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong people manager who enjoys coordinating marketing projects, developing employees, supporting events, and keeping a busy department organized.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manage, train, and support the Social Media Coordinator, Lead Generator, and Front DeskMarketing Assistants Establish weekly priorities, assignments, schedules, and deadlines Manage the department's day-to-day marketing calendar and workflow Coordinate the execution of approved digital, social media, email, showroom, event, and sales-support initiatives Review routine social media content and marketing materials for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency Oversee front-desk coverage, customer-experience standards, and accurate lead intake Manage the execution and logistics of roadshows, home shows, community events, and showroom events Oversee leads generation programs Monitor lead assignment, data accuracy, and follow-up activity Review and submit commission records according to established company procedures Collect and organize digital campaign, lead, and conversion data Prepare preliminary marketing and lead-performance reports for the Director of Marketing Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, collateral, templates, and event materials Coordinate routine deliverables with approved vendors and internal departments Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing regarding projects, results, staffing, and potential concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, hospitality management, or a related field Previous experience directly supervising employees Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple employees, assignments, and deadlines Comfortable compiling and reviewing campaign and lead-performance information Working knowledge of social media, events, customer experience, and marketing support Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 Experience with CRM systems, Canva, digital marketing platforms, or project-management tools is preferred Experience in home improvement, construction, design, retail, hospitality, or a showroom environment is helpful
SCHEDULE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Classic GraniteMarble in Powhatan, Virginia. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required for home shows, company events, and community activities. Local travel to approved event locations is also required.
