About the Role The Ambassador Program is one of the most exciting growth initiatives within our global business, with ambitious plans to significantly expand membership over the coming years. As execution scales across platform enhancements, cross-functional collaboration, and testing in multiple markets, we are seeking dedicated regional leaders to drive growth within local communities while maintaining a high-quality ambassador experience. Purpose Own the growth, engagement, and commercial performance of the ambassador community across the Americas. As the in-market owner of the ambassador program, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining high-quality ambassadors, driving customer acquisition through the network, and helping ensure those customers become active, long-term users. What You'll Do Recruit, Onboard & Train Ambassadors Recruit, onboard, and train new brand ambassadors, ensuring they understand brand messaging, product knowledge, and communication guidelines. Manage & Grow the Community Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors, providing training, resources, and local market insights to maximize performance and drive high-quality customer acquisition. Keep ambassadors engaged and motivated through ongoing communication, retention initiatives, and proactive removal of operational barriers. This is a hands-on role that requires regular attendance at community events, ambassador meetups, and activations to build relationships and provide on-the-ground support. Launch, Recruit & Expand the Program Identify new opportunities to grow ambassador networks and develop expansion strategies with an entrepreneurial mindset. Recruit ambassadors directly while partnering with Marketing to create and execute recruitment campaigns that drive candidate applications and program participation. Support launches in new markets, taking a hands-on approach to establishing and growing the program. Manage local logistics, including promotional materials, event support, and vendor relationships. Voice of the Region Serve as the local voice of the program by providing insights and feedback to improve strategy, processes, and execution. Partner closely with global program leaders to report on performance and communicate success stories, challenges, and opportunities. Partner Across the Business Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on contracts, payment requirements, and market-specific regulations as the program expands. Align with local business leaders and country managers to ensure the program supports regional growth objectives while meeting budget and customer acquisition targets. Coordinate with Marketing teams—including brand, performance, community, and agency partners—to integrate the ambassador program into broader market plans. Partner with global program leadership to adapt playbooks for local market needs and identify emerging risks or opportunities. Success Metrics Number of onboarded ambassadors Ambassador activation and retention rates New customers acquired through ambassador channels Customer activation and engagement rates Successful program launches in new markets What You'll Need 5+ years of experience managing community, affiliate, referral, field marketing, or ambassador programs with performance-based objectives. Demonstrated success building and scaling programs from the ground up, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Strong problem-solving and operational execution skills, particularly in scaling programs and managing stakeholder relationships. Analytical mindset with experience owning acquisition, activation, retention, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) metrics, and translating performance data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Compensation:
