Job Description Develop and strengthen relationships with existing OEM customers to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industries and customer accounts. Build relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders to understand customer requirements and future product needs. Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with annual sales and profitability objectives. Drive commercial growth while managing account performance, profitability, and pricing strategies. Partner with engineering and product development teams to support new product introductions and customer-driven innovation. Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive position. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to improve customer service, operational performance, and account management processes. Contribute to long-term business planning, growth initiatives, and strategic sales objectives. Track performance against key sales metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation.
