Job Description
AI & Video Content Specialist Arizona Pain & Posture — Scottsdale, AZ Part-Time / Flexible Hours Arizona Pain & Posture is looking for a creative, tech-savvy AI & Video Content Specialist to help turn the educational content we are already recording in our clinic and at continuing education courses into polished, engaging videos and social media content. Dr. Marc Bonacci regularly records educational material, treatment concepts, patient education, and continuing education experiences. We are looking for someone who can take that raw content and efficiently turn it into professional, compelling content using AI tools and Descript. Responsibilities Edit and organize video content using Descript Create short-form videos/Reels/TikToks/YouTube Shorts from longer recordings Identify strong moments, educational points, and stories within longer videos Use AI tools to assist with transcription, editing, captions, summaries, titles, hooks, and contentrepurposing Clean up audio and video and create professional captions/subtitles Help develop multiple pieces of content from a single recording Organize and maintain a growing library of video content Assist with creating content ideas based on existing recordings Stay current with new AI tools and efficient content-production workflows
Qualifications Required:
Proficiency with Descript Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation and editing Experience editing short-form video for social media Strong attention to detail Ability to recognize compelling moments and turn them into engaging content Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of contentStrongly Preferred:
Experience with ChatGPT or other generative AI tools Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or similar content Experience with healthcare, wellness, physical therapy, chiropractic, fitness, or educational content Understanding of social media hooks, captions, and audience engagement Basic knowledge of branding and storytelling1 The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is creative, curious, highly organized, and excited about AI and emerging technology. You don't need to be a healthcare expert. What matters most is that you can take a 30-60 minute recording and recognize: "There's 5-10 pieces of great content in here." You should enjoy experimenting with AI, finding faster ways to accomplish tasks, and turning raw information into content people actually want to watch. To Apply 1.
