This role is focused on providing an exceptional client experience, building relationships, and turning inquiries into booked treatments and sales.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of marketing, sales, or client relations experience Strong sales and closing skills Confident discussing services, promotions, packages, and memberships Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience handling leads and following up with prospective clients Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services Comfortable handling phone, text, and in-person inquiries Professional, friendly, organized, and goal-oriented Able to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or a sales-driven environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
