A Digital Marketing Specialist develops digital marketing plans and strategies for businesses, usually through channels that include social media, search engine optimization, and Email. Researches consumer demand and industry market data, provides specialized information on advertising and promotional resources.

As a Kingston Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our marketing team and work with other departments at Kingston. Individuals who have experience or a strong interest in digital marketing and the kitchen-bath industry will be able to continue developing those skills. You will be working on marketing and product management-related tasks, contributing to growing the brand, supporting the DTC channel, and supporting other kitchen & bath markets . This role will report to the Marketing Director and is ideal for an ambitious self-starter interested in marketing and the kitchen-bath industry.
Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for content creation (graphics, video, photography & AI) as well as helping with other digital marketing related tasks.
Content creation:
digital assets, advertisements, social media content, branded assets
Copywriting:
including but not limited to titles, and descriptions.
Ideation:
identify content/strategy opportunities for Kingston to explore
Market Research:
identify trends and new developments in the kitchen and bath space. Study how other brands' strategies and connect them to Kingston's brand growth. Learn systems, operations, and digital tools to further Kingston's marketing initiatives. Liaise cross-departmentally between Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to help complete projects. Identify opportunities and drive solutions to enable efficiency, specifically workflows, automation, and operational efficiencies to help scale Kingston.
Data analysis:
understand KPIs, identify patterns and trends in marketing metrics Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Intermediate in
Microsoft-Word/Excel &/or Google Docs/Sheets Extras:
Home improvement, interior design, and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus. Experience working with digital marketing tools: e.g. Adobe Create Suite/ Klaviyo, Hubspot, Canva, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
Qualifications/Experience:
Marketing experience: at least 3 years preferred Marketing-related higher education. (Degree or class experience). Strong Eye for design. Graphic design experience Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for various platforms. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media scheduling platforms. A basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
