Marketing Agent Salary:

$18.00 - $23.00 / hour About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Agent to support the daily operations of our marketing needs. In this entry-level role, you will assist with administrative tasks, CRM both over the phone and face to face, market research, and campaign tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketer to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support:

Maintain marketing calendars, schedule cross-team meetings, organize digital file libraries, and process vendor invoices. Assist with outbound calls and setting appointments to generate new customer acquisitions.

Email Marketing Support:

Help assemble layout drafts for newsletters, format images, proofread copy, and upload subscriber lists into email automation software.

Research & Data Entry:

Conduct market research, track competitor activities, aggregate campaign performance data, and update CRM records or sales tracking sheets.

Qualifications Experience:

Face to face customer service and relations experience. Great opportunity for new marketing experience.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; experience with Canva or basic Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail for proofreading. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven setting.

Pay:
