Job Summary:

Aurora World is seeking a positively creative and energetic Digital Marketing Content Developer who is eager to develop digital media/content for a global leader in the plush toy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to experience the ins and outs of establishing multiple brands in the digital space and maintain brand awareness through online promotions. Working under the Director of Marketing and within a Marketing Team, our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys plush toys and is interested in creating marketing collateral, campaigns, and strategies through multiple marketing tools. What You Will Do -

Job Responsibilities:

Have a basic understanding of marketing campaigns within the scope of social media marketing, email marketing, and SMS marketing. Report weekly on the performance of marketing efforts and optimize strategies for a growing brand presence on digital platforms. Need to have working knowledge on getting digital marketing metrics from back end of the social platforms. Use graphic design tools to create digital marketing content specific to the brand's identity. (Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred). Develop social media calendars and creatively promote products across multiple social media channels (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). Strategize organic and paid promotions with a basic understanding of audience development, campaign goals, and budgeting to ultimately resulting in sales. Write optimized product descriptions for new product releases to be uploaded on e-commerce platforms. Perform Influencer Marketing Campaigns and assist in the development of an affiliate program. Qualifications:

MUST be a recent graduate with a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

AT LEAST 1

year of experience in marketing, advertising sales or e-commerce administration experience

AT LEAST 1-2

years of experience with digital content tools such as Canva or Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) Proficient in Social Media Platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. Knowledge or familiarity with social media back-end analytics. Strong organizational abilities - you'll be managing a content schedule across multiple social media channels. Understanding of Google Ads and Affiliate Marketing Programs such as Refersion.

Additional Skills:

Be creative and a self-starter Be comfortable speaking and participating in social media activities (ex: Voice recording, Appearances, virtual events, etc.), outgoing marketing personality. Have an interest in plush toys and collectible figurines. Familiar with Mailchimp email campaigns and analytics. Familiar with Attentive (SMS/text message) marketing campaigns and analytics.

Hours, Location, & Pay:

This is a full-time position and should expect to work approximately 40 hours per week. This position is located in Pico Rivera, CA and must be available to work in the office - no remote work is available.
