About This Opportunity:
This role is for more than a typical team member. You'll be a foundational part of our team working directly with leadership to help execute, test and scale our digital marketing strategy across web design, PPC, SEO, social media, content, and customer communications. This ground-level opportunity can grow into a management or executive position. The right person will have the freedom to implement new ideas, take ownership of major initiatives, and move into higher-income positions as the company grows. This is a full-time W-2 position based at our home office in Centennial, Colorado, with a potential hybrid schedule based on performance and independence. This position will receive monthly bonus compensation for additional financial incentive.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Website design, WordPress, landing pages, or conversion optimization Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or other PPC platforms SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and Google Search Console Google Analytics, reporting, and marketing performance analysis Social media management, content planning, and brand development Copywriting, editing, email marketing, and customer communications Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar design tools CRM, marketing automation, lead generation, or email platforms Basic HTML, CSS, web development, or technical troubleshooting Mortgage, financial services, real estate, fintech, or another regulated industry is a plus A degree is welcome but not required. A strong portfolio, freelance work, certifications, personal projects, internships, or demonstrated results are equally valuable.
Responsibilities:
Help develop and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy Update and improve company websites, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths Create, manage, and improve paid advertising campaigns Build and execute SEO and organic content strategies Develop social media content, graphics, videos, and publishing schedules Write and edit website copy, ads, emails, text messages, and customer communications Create or coordinate graphics, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials Track traffic, leads, conversion rates, campaign performance, and acquisition costs Research competitors, customers, trends, and new marketing opportunities Coordinate projects with internal team members, freelancers, developers, and outside experts Maintain consistent branding, professionalism, accuracy, and compliance across marketing materials Use automation and AI tools to improve marketing quality, speed, and productivity
