Your Role:

As an In-Store Lead Generator, is to create excitement, build trust, and generate high-quality leads for our design consultant and installation team. You're not just handing out flyers — you're sparking interest in bath transformation!

What You'll Do:

Engage customers with a friendly, confident presence Educate shoppers on Jacuzzi® bath remodeling solutions Collect lead information for our design consultants Maintain a clean, eye-catching booth display Build rapport with store staff to ensure long-term success Must continuously stand or walk or regularly require lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

What You Bring:

Prior experience in face-to-face sales, promotions, or field marketing Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills Availability can be flexible A smartphone and reliable transportation Ability to stand and work on your feet in a high-traffic environment Positive attitude and a desire to grow with a winning team
