Miami, Fort Lauderdale/Pompano Beach, Orlando, Tampa Job Summary We are an established national consumer brand expanding throughout Florida and seeking energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Field Marketing Representatives to help grow our presence in key markets. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of the brand in your local territory , building relationships with retailers, educating customers and store teams, supporting distributors, and representing the brand through retail visits, pop-ups, events, and larger market activations. This is not a one-time promotional position. We are looking for reliable individuals who want consistent field opportunities and the ability to grow with our expanding Florida program. Responsibilities Visit smoke shops, vape shops, and specialty retailers within your assigned territory Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and employees Conduct product education, demonstrations, sampling, and in-store activations Represent the brand at pop-ups, distributor events, trade shows, and larger activations Help increase brand awareness through consistent face-to-face engagement Distribute approved samples, promotional materials, and merchandising assets Identify retailer interest and route qualified opportunities to Sales Capture photos, short-form video, and basic social content during activations Gather retailer feedback, competitor insights, and local market intelligence Maintain accurate visit reporting and consistent communication with management Qualifications Must be 21+ Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching new people Strong face-to-face communication and relationship-building skills Professional, polished, and dependable Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable visiting multiple locations throughout the day Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field Comfortable being photographed/on camera during activations Available for consistent field work, not just one-time event bookings Brand Ambassador, Field Marketing, event marketing, hospitality, nightlife, B2B, CPG, or retail experience preferred Smoke shop, vape, hemp, or related industry experience is a strong plus Existing local retailer relationships are highly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation & Growth $25.00 per hour with an initial 60-day evaluation period . Performance will be evaluated based on reliability, communication, retailer relationships, product knowledge, territory coverage, reporting, lead generation, and activation performance. Strong performers may have opportunities for ongoing placement, larger events and activations, expanded territory responsibilities, and continued growth within the Field Marketing program. Florida Territories Miami / South Florida Fort Lauderdale / Pompano Beach / Broward Orlando / Central Florida Tampa / surrounding market Candidates should apply for the territory closest to where they live.
