Job Description
Position Summary The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in bringing Zip Water's brand to life across key touchpoints in the residential and commercial channels. This role owns the execution of our showroom programs, trade show presence, and new product launches — three pillars that directly influence how our brand is experienced by wholesalers, designers, specifiers, and end consumers. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives on cross-functional coordination, moves projects from concept to reality, and is passionate about elevating premium brand experiences in the plumbing and appliance industries. Key Responsibilities Showroom Programs (Displays, Training & Wholesaler Communication) Manage the execution of Zip Water's showroom display program in collaboration with leadership and Zip's display vendor, including branded display rollouts, graphic and POP updates, ensuring Zip's in-store experience delivers on brand and business expectations. Coordinate showroom training programs for sales consultants and wholesaler teams, ensuring materials, schedules, and follow-up resources are consistently deployed and measured for impact. Lead the on-going updates and execution for the suite of sales enablement tools (literature, sell-sheets, etc.). Own regular wholesaler and showroom communication (including newsletters, program updates, promotional announcements, and co-marketing opportunities) to strengthen partner engagement. Trade Show & Industry Event Coordination Lead coordination and on-site execution of Zip Water's presence at key industry trade shows (e.g., KBIS, AIA Conference, Specification Summits, and others as-added), managing timelines, booth logistics, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Partner with leadership team to define show objectives, key messages, product highlights, and lead capture strategies for each event. Coordinate pre-show promotion, on-site activation, and post-show follow-up — including lead routing, performance reporting, and recap presentations for leadership. Manage trade show budgets, contracts, and inventory of booth assets, giveaways, and collateral. New Product Launch Coordination Serve as the launch program manager for Zip Water new product introductions, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and agency partners. Support development and execution of pre-launch, consumer launch, and specifier launch tactics — ensuring readiness across sales enablement materials, showroom displays, digital assets, PR/media coordination, and trade show integration. Maintain launch project plans, track key milestones, and flag risks or dependencies to keep programs on schedule and on budget. Partner with agency partners on the development of launch assets, campaign materials, and channel-specific content. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a brand, product marketing, or field/channel marketing role. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and executive-ready polish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Monday, Salesforce) a plus. Willingness to travel 15-20% for trade shows, showroom visits, and team meetings. Preferred Experience in the plumbing, kitchen & bath, building products, appliances, or premium home goods industries. Familiarity with the wholesale distribution channel and/or architecture & design (A&D) specification process. Experience coordinating trade show programs and/or new product launches. Passion for design, premium brands, and elevated customer experiences. What You'll Bring Executional excellence: You get things done — on time, on budget, and with quality.
