Are you a passionate marketing student looking for hands-on experience? We are seeking a talented college junior/senior marketing, event planning, or hospitality intern to join our dynamic team for the fall semester. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to real-world marketing and event planning projects and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Four Quadrants Advisory Companies, the nation's foremost financial advisory company for the dental industry, is hiring a Marketing & Event Planning Intern (part-time basis) for Spring 2027 (Early/Mid January to Late April/Early May) to add to our cutting-edge team. As part of our rapidly growing, fast paced company, you will be provided the opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing and advertising including social media content planning, graphic design, ad copy writing, photography, videography, market research, mass email marketing, script writing, data research, and much more. This position also will include elements of event planning for our 50+ events per year. Time split will likely be close to 50/50 between marketing & event planning. This is a paid position meant to identify an individual looking to gain experience in the niche financial advisory field and gain the skills necessary to ultimately become a full time employee upon graduation. Marketing & Event Planning Intern Traits Understands key concepts of online/offline marketing and event planning Self starter who does not need to be micro-managed/ability to work independently Very organized and detail oriented Task and deadline driven Ability to prioritize and/or seek assistance in determining task priority Team player willing to take initiative and help when needed Comfortable working in a primarily paperless environment Excellent time management skills needed Technological Proficiency Duties and Responsibilities include Work with the Marketing Coordinator, National Sales Director, and Event Director Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns Aid in identification and followthrough of high-end event seminars all over the country Conduct market research and analysis Create engaging content for social media and other platforms Support brand management and positioning efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing & event goals Requirements Pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, event planning, hospitality, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative and innovative thinker Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) a plus Mac experience preferred Multitasking ability necessary Professional appearance a must (business professional when clients in office) Must have a desire to work in a youthful, fast-paced work environment and unique corporate culture Must be willing to work on site, this is not a remote position
