INTERNSHIP

FORMATThe internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027. Interns will be assigned to Stellantis Business Centers located throughout the United States, working on-site alongside business leaders and teams to gain hands-on experience and exposure to key business operations.

Retail Sales interns will be placed within one of the Stellantis Business Centers below, with assignments determined by business requirements and available opportunities. Interns must be willing to travel within their designated region to conduct dealership visits and support sales and operational initiatives.

Interns will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set. The assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department and allow the intern to provide valuable contributions. Interns that demonstrate outstanding qualities may be invited back for a return internship the following summer or may be considered for full-time positions.

DEPARTMENT

DETAILSInternships for Retail Sales include an array of responsibilities. The intern will assist the Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing teams with day-to-day responsibilities which may include any of the following:

Tracking wholesale and retail objectivesTracking and delivering customer satisfaction metricsVehicle allocation and ordering logisticsBuilding new reporting structuresPerforming website and search engine marketing auditsPerforming mystery shops, delivering results to dealers and tracking improvementsPlanning and marketing educational summitsDelivering dealer digital assessments and recommendationsTracking digital campaign enrollment and delivering rankings to grow participationTracking digital KPIs and campaign performanceWith this experience the intern will be able to identify areas of opportunity within a dealership and articulate recommendations to increase retail sales.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related fieldProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applicationsAble to work full-time,40 hoursper week during the internshipWillingness torelocateforinternship, if applicableAble and willing to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the internshipCompletion offreshmanyear or higher at an accredited college or university by Spring 2027Authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Majoring in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partnersAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environmentProven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
