Retail and Events Marketing Representative Traverse City, MI + Surrounding Area Earn $15/hour Base Pay + Uncapped Bonuses Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Looking for a job where you can meet people, build confidence, and get rewarded for your effort? All-Weather Seal is hiring outgoing, motivated individuals to join our growing Marketing Team. As a Marketing Representative, you'll represent our company at retail locations and community events throughout the Traverse City area, helping homeowners learn about our services and connecting them with our sales team. No sales experience required. Paid training provided. This is NOT a door-to-door position and you will not be selling products. What You'll Do As a Marketing Representative, you'll: Represent All-Weather Seal at retail stores and community events Start friendly conversations with homeowners Share information about our home improvement services Schedule free consultations for interested homeowners Work alongside a supportive and energetic team Help grow our brand throughout Northern Michigan Why People Love This Role Paid training and ongoing coaching Flexible full-time and part-time schedules Earn performance bonuses on top of hourly pay Fun team environment with contests and incentives Opportunities for advancement into leadership and sales positions Gain valuable communication, marketing, and customer engagement skills Many of our Team Leads, Assistant Managers, and Sales Representatives started in this position.
