In Office - 8am to 5pm Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving customer challenges, and closing deals? We're looking for a motivated Product Specialist to connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right attachments to help their operations succeed. In this role, you'll work with company-provided leads, build lasting customer relationships, and play a key role in driving sales growth. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls and follow-up communication. Contact company-provided leads while identifying new sales opportunities. Recommend equipment and attachment solutions based on each customer's unique needs. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, financing options, and equipment features. Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders. Stay current on product knowledge to confidently present solutions and new offerings. Collect and submit payment and financing information in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries, payment obligations, and post-sale follow-up. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system. Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to generate opportunities and build your sales pipeline. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to sharpen your skills. Represent the company with professionalism while supporting our mission and brand values. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales and marketing experience. Proven ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with customers. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a passion for helping customers succeed.
