A well known cannabis brand that has operations in 5 states is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join their team in Kansas City, MO. This individual will be responsible for working closely with their Missouri sales team to build brand awareness and strengthen their relationships at a dispensary level. This is a highly visible field-based role for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and loves connecting and speaking with people. Duties & Responsibilities Manage and execute in-store activations, pop-ups, product education, merchandising, and community events Develop strong relationships with budtenders, dispensary managers, and other retail teams through territory Will serve as an important connection between the field and sales team, bringing back feedback, competitive insights, and opportunities that can help grow accounts and capture additional market share.
