As our Assistant Race Director , you'll help make these events unforgettable — from behind-the-scenes planning to the big race day finish line moments.

Part-time :

Work just two weekends a month (Fri-Sun) and earn $600 per race weekend .

Full-time :

Take on more events and responsibilities for $700 per race weekend . While still working Fri-Sun. Travel the U.S. — Work races in beautiful, bucket-list-worthy locations. Feel the Energy — Be part of a team that inspires healthy, active lifestyles. Make Memories — Help create events that participants will remember for years.
