Your Recipe for Impact — What You'll Do As a Regional Field Marketing Partner, you'll bring the Whataburger brand to life across your markets—driving local relevance, sales growth, and community connection. Through collaboration with Operations, leadership, and external partners, you'll Win as One —ensuring marketing strategies are aligned, executed with excellence, and deliver measurable results. In this role, you'll take ownership of your territory—leveraging insights, identifying opportunities, and optimizing performance to Move Forward Boldly as we grow and evolve our brand in every market you support. Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities As a Regional Field Marketing Partner, you will: Execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) plans to drive sales and traffic Identify, secure, and activate community events, sponsorships, and partnerships Collaborate with Operations to align marketing plans with restaurant goals Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, leaders, and vendors Analyze campaign performance and measure impact on sales and transactions Manage and optimize territory marketing budgets (including six-figure spend) Coordinate promotions, materials, and in-store activations Research and recommend media and advertising opportunities Negotiate agreements with vendors and community partners Deliver market insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership Align restaurant teams with marketing calendar, initiatives, and tools The Sauce — Pay & Perks As a Regional Field Marketing Partner, you will receive: Base compensation range: $57,420 to $70,180 Bonus Program that scales up to 2.5X payout potential based on company results Company Vehicle 5 weeks PTO Paid Corporate Holidays Paid Parental Leave
