RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work Collaboration and teamwork
