Job Description

Must Be A Certified:
PTA, AT, or LMT About Us Bridge Rehab & Performance is a physical therapy and performance clinic in Westlake. We work with runners, cyclists, lifters, golfers, and active adults who don't want to sit out. A big part of how people find us is meeting us in person at event, and that's where you come in. The Role You'd be our face at local races and community events. Think 5Ks, half marathons, triathlons, cycling events, and fitness expos around Greater Cleveland. You'd set up a table, offer free mini massages, stretch therapy, and cupping to runners and spectators walking by, and have real conversations with people about how they're feeling and what they're training for. During this time, you'd also be collecting contact info from people who'd benefit from what we do back at the clinic. What You'd Be Doing Coordinating directly with race directors and event hosts to secure and confirm our spot Loading, transporting, and setting up the table, canopy, and supplies Providing 5 to 10 minute mini massages, assisted stretching, and cupping to attendees Talking with people, asking good questions, and capturing contact info for follow up Sending a short recap after each event (how many people you saw, how many contacts you collected, what worked) Who This Is For You're outgoing and you actually like talking to strangers. You notice when someone's limping past your tent and you say something. You're friendly and are good at giving compliments and holding conversations. Most events are in the evenings or weekend mornings, so you'll want a schedule that flexes with that. Requirements Current Ohio license or certification as an LMT, ATC, or PTA Comfortable delivering hands on soft tissue work, assisted stretching, and cupping in an outdoor, high traffic setting Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and carry event equipment Extroverted, friendly, and self directed Pay and Schedule $25 per hour, 5 to 10 hours per week depending on the event calendar. Hours are event based, so weeks will vary with the season. All equipment and supplies provided. Apply today to start the conversation.
