Mirage Homes is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to fill the position of Sales Representative. The primary function of this position is selling new homes in select Mirage Homes' communities. Other duties include (but are not limited to) facilitating closings and relevant marketing. Compensation is in the form of base salary of $28,000 plus closing bonuses (1% of home sales price).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for residential community sales activities Creating marketing items for social media, website, print material, etc to promote new home sales Provide outstanding customer service for current and prospective home buyers Greeting and facilitating customers at community model homes Maintain knowledge of promotions, advertisements, and financing options Communicate customer requests to management Writing sales contracts, coordinating closings, and working with lenders Present recommendations to management Planning neighborhood events Weekly work schedule: Tuesday Through Saturday; 10am to 6pm

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years sales and marketing experience Must be available to work weekends Must be able to travel/work in different communities in the OKC metro Knowledge of basic sales tactics and operations Professional attire and grooming Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work with different personalities Self-motivated, great people skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multi-task Must have reliable transportation Knowledge and proficiency in working with relevant technology Pre-employment background check
