In this role, you'll represent Topline Heating & Air at community events, home shows, retail locations, and neighborhood marketing events, connecting with homeowners and scheduling free in-home HVAC consultations for our sales team. Compensation $48,000 annual base salary $200 bonus for every appointment over 20 appointments generated each month

Generate 30 appointments in one month and earn an additional $2,000 bonus Bonus opportunities every month with no cap on earnings Schedule Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Weekends as needed for home shows, community events, and promotional activities What You'll Do Represent Topline Heating & Air at retail locations, community events, fairs, and home shows Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about their heating and cooling needs Generate qualified appointments for our in-home comfort consultants Set up, maintain, and break down event displays Educate potential customers on our products, services, and promotions Track appointments and marketing activity accurately Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude while representing the company What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to stand for extended periods during events Weekend availability for scheduled events and home shows Previous customer service, retail, sales, brand ambassador, or marketing experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
