Duties Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign execution, track performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts for demand generation marketing. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales teams, and external partners to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns that support B2B marketing goals. Generate Qualified Leads by conducting door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods to introduce IRON OAK, identify homeowners with current or potential exterior improvement needs, and generate qualified appointments for the sales team. Represent the Brand in the Field by serving as the face of
IRON OAK
in the community by engaging homeowners professionally, educating them on available services, and accurately documenting lead information and homeowner needs. Skills Experience marketing, advertising or public relations teams. Skilled in communication and marketing with a focus on engaging storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences across marketing channels. Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data and executing targeted campaigns. Knowledge of demand generation strategies Strong research skills to identify community trends and insights that aid Marketing and Sales development. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments to ensure cohesive messaging. Pay:
$30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
