Job Description

Position Summary:
We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to execute global campaigns and amplify our brand across social media, influencer, and email channels. In this role, you will craft compelling content, support paid and organic initiatives, and collaborate across regions to deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining creativity with strong execution skills. This hybrid role is based in Shoreview, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Social Media Execution Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment, competitor activity, and industry trends. Assist with paid social campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital advertising initiatives. Content Development Draft and produce marketing content, including email campaigns, social copy, website content, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with global brand messaging, tone, and campaign objectives. Support creation of campaign collateral for product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Campaign Delivery Assist with end-to-end campaign execution, including scheduling and performance tracking. Collaborate with regional teams (Americas, APAC, EMEA) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content. Support influencer campaigns, including outreach, communication, and monitoring influencer content. Analytics & Reporting Pull campaign, social, and web performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social. Monitor engagement trends and deliver actionable insights to optimize content and campaign effectiveness. General Marketing Support Provide general ad hoc support across channels, assisting with marketing projects, events, and team initiatives beyond core campaign and digital responsibilities. Collaborate with global and regional marketing, creative, product, and sales teams to deliver coordinated campaigns and content.
Qualifications:
Required:
2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively. Experience with paid social campaigns and basic analytics/reporting.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B/B2C marketing within global organizations. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or campaign reporting platforms. Understanding of influencer marketing and content strategy. Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, and website content management.

Timely execution of global campaigns and social media posts. Increased engagement and reach across social media platforms. Accurate, timely reporting of campaign and social performance. Consistency and quality of content across channels. Effective collaboration with global and regional marketing teams.
