1-2 days/week in-office for meetings and development (Hauppauge, NY) Remainder of hours remote/hybrid Desk and conference room provided onsite, cafe/free gym onsite About the Role We are building a content-driven digital platform and are looking for a hands-on operator who can execute across website management, content publishing, SEO, email setup, affiliate integration, and analytics. This is not an advisory role. We are not looking for someone to "make recommendations" only. You will be responsible for doing the work, moving quickly, and owning execution with minimal hand-holding. Initial Core Responsibilities are Website & WordPress Execution Build, customize, and maintain a WordPress website using a block-based theme (Kadence or similar) Layouts, pages, and sections Global colors, fonts, and styling Menus, headers, footers, and navigation Migrate and organize existing content Manage staging vs live environments through hosting Implement changes efficiently and safely Content & SEO Execution Publish and optimize content directly in WordPress Implement on-page SEO best practices (titles, meta, internal linking, images) Use common SEO tools (RankMath, Surfer, or similar) Execute from an existing content plan (not just audit or advise) Email & Lead Capture Setup Set up and manage an email marketing platform Build basic lead capture forms and automations Integrate lead magnets and signup flows Ensure proper opt-in and compliance standards Monetization & Affiliate Support Implement affiliate links within content Structure content for conversion Track links and placements appropriately Support monetization-focused publishing workflows Analytics & Tracking Set up and manage Google Analytics and Search Console Review basic performance metrics Make execution-level adjustments based on data QR code tracking Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Applicants must meet all of the following: 5+ years hands-on experience working directly in WordPress Comfortable using Kadence or similar block-based themes Able to independently build, customize, and launch WordPress sites Comfortable managing hosting environments and staging sites Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content execution Experience with email platforms and lead capture flows Familiarity with affiliate marketing mechanics and platforms (CJ, Amazon, Awin) Able to work independently and move quickly without constant direction Strong organizational and execution skills Absolute requirement, DO NOT apply unless you have experience with: QR Code & Attribution Infrastructure Help implement a QR-code-based traffic system , including: Unique QR codes per location UTM tracking Redirect structures (e.g., /go/location-code) Maintain basic reporting by location Coordinate with external vendors (printing, signage) when needed Not a
