Perform ongoing email marketing analysis to identify trends, measure success metrics such as open rates and click-through rates, and recommend improvements for future campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing project management initiatives related to e-commerce campaigns and digital marketing efforts. Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop for creating or editing visual assets that enhance email content. Research customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting accuracy and increase engagement rates across diverse audience groups. Experience Proven experience in email support or digital marketing roles with a focus on email campaign management and automation. Strong familiarity with email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS coding for customizing email templates. Knowledge of web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Analytics for monitoring campaign performance. Experience conducting A/B testing, marketing controlled experiments research, and analyzing results to optimize campaigns. Ability to interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making in digital marketing initiatives. Background in customer segmentation techniques including lead segmentation strategies for targeted outreach efforts. Familiarity with digital marketing performance monitoring tools and techniques within e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
