This is a great opportunity for someone who is competitive, outgoing, motivated by money, and interested in building a career in sales or leadership. You do not need roofing or construction experience. We'll teach you how to talk with homeowners, identify opportunities, handle objections, and close qualified appointments for our sales team. You are not closing the remodeling sale. Your job is to close the appointment. What You'll Do Work in assigned Northern Virginia neighborhoods Talk with homeowners about exterior remodeling needs Generate interest in Anchor Remodeling Handle basic objections Close qualified homeowners on an appointment Track your activity and results Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings

Schedule Monday-Friday:

10 AM-7

PM Saturday:

10 AM-2 PM on a rotating/as-needed basis Part-time schedules may be available based on business needs and candidate availability.
