Full-Time or Part-Time / Field-Based Absolute Care Health Providers, Inc., a Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Health Community Liaison / Marketing Representative to help expand our referral network throughout Los Angeles and surrounding communities. Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. Educate referral sources about Absolute Care Health Providers and the home health services we provide. Conduct regular field visits to current and potential referral sources. Follow up professionally with referral partners. Represent Absolute Care at healthcare networking and community events. Work closely with our intake and clinical teams to help ensure smooth communication when referrals are received. Maintain accurate records of marketing visits, contacts, and outreach activities. Perform marketing activities in accordance with Medicare, HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, and other applicable requirements. Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of home health, hospice, healthcare, or related marketing experience preferred. Experience marketing a Medicare-certified home health agency strongly preferred. Existing professional relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, case managers, discharge planners, or other referral sources in the Los Angeles/South Bay area are highly desirable. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
