iamHeart Inc. is a nonprofit meditation school currently experiencing exciting growth and transformation. We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Content Strategist to join our team, create and execute marketing strategies, track progress, and write copy for our classes and other content. This hands on role includes marketing strategy, writing, content, social media, and coordination. You'll work with our Marketing Coordinator and Director of Operations to plan and carry out marketing for our classes, programs, events, and other projects. You'll also work closely with our co-founders and Faculty Director to develop messaging and content. We're looking for someone who knows marketing, writes well, and can bring ideas and guidance to the team. At the same time, this is a very collaborative role. We're a small team, and we want someone who enjoys working with people, helping each other out, and being part of the process. We care about doing good work and doing it from the heart. Responsibilities Work with the Marketing Coordinator and Director of Operations to plan and coordinate marketing. Help create marketing plans and campaigns for classes, programs, and events. Bring ideas around audiences, messaging, social media, and other marketing approaches. Write and edit emails, social posts, ads, website copy, and program materials. Work with the co-founders and Faculty Director to turn their ideas and teachings into good marketing content. Help coordinate email marketing, social media, and advertising. Help manage Meta Ads and Google Ads. Track results and help the team understand what is working and what could be improved. Look for partnership and outreach opportunities. Help with photo and video content and participate in filming with the co-founders 1-3 days per month. Help keep marketing projects, content, and timelines organized. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills. Experience with social media and digital marketing. Experience with email marketing and email campaigns/automations. Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Able to help make a plan, bring ideas to the table, and work with others to carry it out. Organized and dependable, with good follow-through. Enjoys working closely with a team and helping others. Communicates well, listens, and is open to feedback. Cares about the work we do and can write and communicate from the heart.
Also a plus:
experience marketing to adults 50+, photography, video production/editing, graphic design, or AI marketing tools.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
