Marketing Specialist Fuquay-Varina, NC | In-Office Triangle to Coast Realty & Property Management Triangle to Coast Realty & Property Management is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts as we continue to grow across the Triangle and coastal North Carolina markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative branding and data-driven marketing , and who can help elevate our presence online while supporting our real estate agents and property management division. Responsibilities Design high-quality marketing materials using Canva including property brochures, flyers, listing books, social media graphics, and presentations Manage and grow our digital presence through SEO, website optimization, and online marketing strategies Develop and execute marketing campaigns for listings, open houses, events, and company initiatives Manage company social media platforms and content calendar Ensure all listings and marketing assets are properly uploaded, updated, and removed from the website as needed Track marketing performance and recommend strategies to increase visibility, lead generation, and brand growth Support agents with marketing materials and promotional campaigns Coordinate marketing timelines including staging, photography, video, and listing launches Maintain organized marketing templates, systems, and brand standards Qualifications Proficiency in Canva is required Strong knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies Experience managing social media platforms and marketing campaigns Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong writing and communication skills Experience in real estate marketing is a plus but not required Self-starter who enjoys helping a team grow and succeed What We Offer Opportunity to work with a respected and growing real estate company Creative freedom to help shape and grow our marketing strategy Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term growth as our company continues to expand Location This is an in-office position in Fuquay-Varina, NC .
